Michael Carrick clarified that leaving Bruno Fernandes on the bench against Bournemouth was strictly a tactical choice following their recent Champions League defeat to Como. The manager confirmed their dispute has been resolved, reaffirming Fernandes as club captain ahead of Saturday's match against Chelsea.
