Spokane County Superior Court established that Lanzce Douglass and Stacey Douglass Boies capitalized on their late father Harlan's cognitive decline to alter his estate planning documents. The decision voids transactions that nearly disinherited their older brother Harley and resets control over massive commercial real estate holdings. This legal intervention could ultimately direct assets potentially exceeding $1 billion solely to Harley or downstream heirs.
