If you're on Replit Pro, you have until November 8 to opt out of arbitration

In short

Under the updated policy, users wishing to preserve their court rights must send an email to arbitration-opt-out@repl.it from the address tied to their account. The submission requires specific personal details, including the user's full name, mailing address, username, and an explicit statement opting out of Section J. Additionally, Replit previously enabled a default "Model Improvement" feature on September 9 for certain eligible Pro accounts. Subscribers can disable this setting under their Personalization menu, though doing so does not retroactively remove previously collected data.

The new agreement's own words: "To opt out, Customer must notify Replit within thirty (30) days after first becoming subject to this arbitration agreement." Replit, in writing on October 28: "The new Pro Agreement took effect for existing Pro customers on October 9, 2026." Thirty days from October 9 is November 8. If you signed up for Pro after the new agreement was posted in September, it applied when you registered, so your thirty days started then and may already have run.
