In short

The conclusion of pre-development work in southeast Wyoming marks a full handover of the campus directly to Google. Originally pursued by Crusoe alongside Tallgrass Energy, the project integrates power from fuel cells, the electric grid, and natural gas turbines. The site also incorporates a long-term strategy for carbon capture using a nearby regional carbon dioxide sequestration hub. This acquisition deepens a broader partnership that includes another active facility under development in Texas.
