In short

Residential enclaves including Woodgrove Estate, Chip Bee Gardens, Opera Estate, Watten Estate, and Sembawang set up haunted attractions featuring cobwebs, skeletons, and regional figures like Kak Pon and Pocong. Woodgrove continued a community-led tradition dating back to 2007, while colonial-era homes in Sembawang drew attention along Montreal Road, Canada Road, and Lagos Circle. In Bukit Timah, the Watten Residents' Network extended its Halloween Spook Fest activities into the adjacent Dunearn Estate.

There were also familiar faces from pop culture – from the latest internet memes to even US politicians – alongside ghosts and creatures from Southeast Asian folklore – your classic, never-gets-old Kak Pon and Pocong – that might have had unsuspecting neighbours thinking twice about opening their doors.

Here are some of the neighbourhoods that went all out for Halloween 2026.
