In short

Operating through January 31, the framework imposes entry restrictions on over 10 lakh neighbouring NCR vehicles that fail to meet BS-VI, CNG, or electric standards. Both private and public sector workplaces must cap physical office attendance at 50% while operating on staggered working hours. Additionally, parking fees at most authorised sites will double through February 28 to disincentivise vehicular usage.
