A LOT Polish Airlines Boeing 737 Max arriving from London Heathrow rerouted to Warsaw's Modlin airport to allow emergency teams to conduct a full search of the aircraft. Meanwhile, an SAS flight from Copenhagen completed its scheduled arrival at Warsaw's main Chopin airport, triggering a minor apron closure that did not significantly affect wider schedules. Normal operations quickly resumed at Modlin airport once safety procedures were carried out. The incident followed an emergency landing in Budapest just one day prior, where a Wizz Air flight was cleared after an escorted diversion.
