SpaceX leadership is utilizing newly modified Treasury rules that temporarily lifted restrictions on holding individual donated stocks within 530A accounts. To qualify for the initial December distribution, account holders must be between the ages of 11 and 17 and live in qualifying low-income or sparsely populated ZIP codes. Additional targeted gifts are also scheduled for foster children, overseas military dependents, and minors residing in select Texas counties. Families can confirm their qualification status through Invest America and manage their holdings using a dedicated mobile application.
