The space agency solicited ideas for reboosting Hubble four years ago, but they didn't go anywhere.
Think you can save the Hubble Space Telescope? NASA wants to know.
In short
NASA is currently soliciting external concepts focused on saving the Hubble Space Telescope. The agency had previously explored options to reboost the spacecraft four years ago by requesting formal proposals. However, that prior effort ultimately concluded without any concrete action being taken. Officials are once again looking for workable solutions to address the observatory's future.
