In short

The App Store now hosts over 100,000 apps designed for the foldable iPhone Duo, with thousands more arriving each day. This wave of software updates helps eliminate the display flaws that frustrated early reviewers, such as hidden overflow menus and dead screen space. High-profile additions like Zoom, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT join earlier services, although some platforms like Spotify have not yet reached all users. Meanwhile, intense consumer interest in the $1,999 device has pushed customer delivery dates well into next year.

These join the iPhone Duo-optimized apps that were already available, like Netflix, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Non-optimized apps are definitely less than ideal, as they come with a black bar on the side of the screen, which takes up valuable space. Sometimes, they hide important functions under an overflow menu.
