In short

Advocate V Akathiyan successfully secured long-pending community certificates for 30 Kattunayakkan tribal families in Vayaloor village within just 15 days of stepping in. These critical records enabled M Manikandan to sit for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group II examinations and secure a clerk position at the state secretariat. Akathiyan's legal assistance overcomes administrative hurdles that typically block Scheduled Tribe candidates whose parents lack prior paperwork. Beyond documentation, his legal outreach continues to support families with housing, basic amenities, and legal representation across multiple districts.
