In short

The National Environment Agency reported that 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index readings remained moderate across Singapore between 71 and 78 on Thursday. However, hourly PM2.5 levels climbed into the elevated range specifically within the western region, touching 57 by 11am after starting in the normal band earlier in the morning. Anticipated rainfall through Saturday combined with southeasterly to southwesterly winds should continue mitigating haze risks.
