In short

Social media video captured flight SQ213 descending under cloudy skies when severe gusts caused the plane to tilt sharply, bringing one wing close to the runway surface. In response to the unstable approach, the pilots executed a standard go-around procedure by climbing away from the airfield. The aircraft then circled to reposition before safely touching down at Perth International Airport at 12:30 p.m. local time and taxiing normally to the gate.
