In short

Ukrainian air defenses managed to intercept three incoming jet-powered drones, but a fourth penetrated the perimeter and struck the crowded platform in Dnipro. The assault was part of a wider barrage across the country that killed five other civilians, including two teenagers in Chernigiv and two residents in a Kremenchuk apartment building. Despite the heightened violence, a localized three-day truce held in the Russian-occupied southern city of Oleshky, allowing a Ukrainian humanitarian delegation to travel through Belarus and Russia to assist stranded citizens.
