In short

Esperanza House spans 2,700 square feet and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, and wooden flooring. The property gained its vibrant color scheme after eccentric artist Leonora Pierotti Thomas purchased the originally yellow home in 1979. Listing agent Laurie Turner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is marketing the hilltop estate specifically as a historic restoration opportunity.
