In short

Clark designed the vessel to provide a free holiday destination for local residents, utilizing assistance from neighbors, family, and friends to finish the build. After planning the structure in the spring, he began on-site assembly in September to accommodate trick-or-treaters who bypassed his own residence. Visitors can walk through the completed installation to interact directly with costumed pirates. The massive build follows previous neighborhood themes executed on the property, which have included a circus and a Western town.
