In short

The decade-long development vision includes more than 6,000 public and private homes alongside town-first commercial amenities. Launching in November next to Caldecott MRT station, the Toa Payoh Hillside BTO project will introduce 1,600 units across five tall blocks, featuring the town's inaugural 260 assisted living community care apartments. To serve the expected community influx, officials are actively evaluating proposals to construct a new school in the precinct. The broader district revitalization will also connect residents to a 1.2-hectare wellness park and the wider Toa Payoh Integrated Development by 2030.
