Air strikes on a market in Yemen’s Taiz province have killed or wounded more than 30 people, according to the Houthi-run Al-Masirah TV.

The channel said the toll from Friday morning’s attack was preliminary, with searches for missing people still underway as aircraft continued to fly overhead.

It reported three strikes on the market.

Al-Masirah also reported intensive strikes in the Hamdan area of Sanaa, which it said hit two artesian wells, and attacks on Majz district in Saada province.

Artillery and rocket fire also targeted the Shada area and other districts along the Saudi border, the channel reported.
