Out of the existing infrastructure, 399 facilities are operated as exclusive POCSO courts. To maintain efficient case processing, every newly added location will be equipped with a judicial officer, a dedicated prosecutor, and six administrative staff members. This targeted allocation of personnel and funds is intended to alleviate districts facing disproportionately heavy caseloads.
