The commercial win from the government reinforces order visibility alongside steady interest from private freight operators and wagon leasing firms. Management highlighted that internal production of key assemblies, such as wheelsets and bogies, gives the firm substantial control over delivery schedules and production costs. The company also anticipates securing roughly ₹2,000 crore in additional orders during the final quarter of FY27. This positive operational outlook arrives as the equity attempts to recover from a steep 43.94% year-to-date decline.
