By · Published by Everything Blog

In short

The planned public listing comes shortly after Coca-Cola sold a 40% stake in the Indian bottling business to Jubilant Bhartia Group for approximately ₹12,500 crore. Operations are currently split about equally between independent bottlers and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, which runs 14 plants. The unit has brought in Rothschild & Co to advise on the offering, mirroring rival Varun Beverages' listing a decade earlier. India remains a critical growth driver, having recently posted double-digit volume gains across its top 10 brands.
