In short

Waqar argued on the Shubhankar Mishra podcast that Bumrah has not played enough Test cricket to surpass leading contemporary Australian and English fast bowlers. This critique stands in contrast to Bumrah's exceptional record of 234 wickets across 52 Tests at a striking average of 19.7.
