Infinite Mac: BeOS
The web-based preservation project has expanded beyond classic Apple software to provide instant, streamed access to mid-1990s PowerPC releases of the multimedia operating system. Powering the deployment required extensive low-level bug fixes to the DingusPPC emulator to properly handle display changes, input devices, and storage verification. These enhancements establish the emulator as a rare working platform for the historic software while paving the way for other legacy systems.

Bunny CDN Security Incident
Third-party server management software linked to an infrastructure host triggered a breach alert for a single edge node in Armenia. Engineering teams disconnected and erased the hardware in under twenty minutes to prevent potential lateral exposure. While critical account data was spared, the event prompted a fleet-wide revocation of internal platform certificates to eliminate residual threat risks.

French digital tax may kill VideoLan non-profit
Lawmakers in the French National Assembly have approved a digital data stream tax that requires content providers to pay for the volume of data they transmit. While intended to generate significant state revenue from digital activity, the policy poses an existential financial threat to smaller open-source creators who distribute large amounts of free software. The move has faced backlash for conflicting with broader political initiatives focused on fostering domestic technological independence.
