In short

While macroeconomic figures indicate artificial intelligence has created 1 million U.S. jobs against 200,000 layoffs, widespread anxiety continues to drive workers out of traditional corporate tracks. Some, like Sharma, have left their fields entirely, shifting to vastly different careers.
