In short

The $34 million commercial listing includes America's only all-water cavern, alongside a dedicated wildlife sanctuary sheltering bears, wolves, elk, and bison. Over four generations, the Campbell family systematically expanded the acreage to safeguard the underground river system, which discharges up to 11 million gallons of clean water each day. The sprawling destination also features developed tourist amenities, including mountain jeep trails, a plant maze, and a 2,600-foot private airstrip. Governor Josh Shapiro and State Representative Kerry Benninghoff are currently exploring state acquisition to conserve the landmark.
