In short

River police recovered the body of KM Tahsif Souri from the Tongi Bandar Ghat area after receiving an emergency call, later identifying him through personal effects. Souri had vanished a day earlier after telling his mother he was stepping downstairs to speak with a friend named Dip. His remains were subsequently transferred to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital for a mandatory autopsy to establish the exact cause of death. Although drowning is suspected, investigators maintain that they have found no link connecting his demise to the footage he captured during the government's collapse.
