In short

The coordinated Russian assault killed at least 38 civilians over 24 hours, hitting medical, aid, and energy facilities across nine regions. In Zaporizhzhia's village of Komyshuvakha alone, nine aerial bombs crushed an underground shelter at an aid distribution site, leaving dozens feared trapped. Critical infrastructure disruptions simultaneously paralyzed municipal services in Kyiv and forced the urgent evacuation of dozens of terminally ill patients in Dnipro.
