The Canada Strong Fund will launch with C$25 billion in initial government funding complemented by principal-protected notes issued to retail buyers. These securities offer downside protection paired with equity upside across five, seven, or 10-year maturities. Ahead of the rollout, leadership positions remain open as the fund has yet to hire an executive team or name board members.
