In short

Major Indian banks are leveraging artificial intelligence and straight-through processing to achieve double-digit operational enhancements across retail and corporate operations. The deployment of automated voice bots, enterprise platforms, and request routing systems enables lenders to absorb larger customer volumes with the same workforce. Furthermore, institutions like ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank are developing sophisticated predictive platforms to tackle complex areas like fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, and corporate cash flow forecasting.
