In short

AdaniConneX is in discussions with global lenders including DBS Group, Mitsubishi UFJ, and First Abu Dhabi Bank for a five- to seven-year offshore facility. The move follows an $800 million short-term loan finalized just months earlier to advance the company's computing facilities. This aggressive borrowing comes as domestic rival Reliance commits up to $110 billion toward artificial intelligence infrastructure over seven years. The funding race aligns with national projections expecting domestic data center capacity to jump to nearly eight gigawatts by 2030.
