The Nov 3 raid at a residential unit resulted in the seizure of approximately $55,000 in illicit substances, alongside $356 in cash. During the encounter, the 64-year-old suspect inflicted a thigh bite on one officer and spat on two others as they attempted to subdue him. Because the recovered cannabis alone far exceeds the 500g threshold, the suspect faces potential capital penalties under Singapore law. In addition to narcotics offenses, he has been referred to the police for criminal force against public servants.
