The manufacturing program leverages the proprietary lipid nanoparticle technology deployed in PopVax's clinical-stage PVX-001 COVID-19 vaccine candidate. Formulations rely on the ionizable lipid PVXL-150, which elicits CD8⁺ T-cell responses in preclinical models and remains stable under standard refrigeration at 2–8 °C for over nine months. Customers can submit their own mRNA sequences or use an internal artificial intelligence pipeline that identifies sequences directly from tumor data. Every batch is manufactured inside ISO 7/8 cleanrooms and undergoes thorough analytical screening to support regulatory filings.

RNA Foundry
We manufacture personalized mRNA cancer vaccines.
The RNA Foundry provides contract research, development, and manufacturing services for personalized cancer vaccines. This is a project of PopVax, a clinical-stage RNA vaccine company, in close collaboration with our colleagues at Stochastic Sciences, which develops personalized medicines.
PopVax is a biotechnology company developing RNA vaccines and immunotherapies, funded by the Gates Foundation, Good Ventures, Vitalik Buterin, and the US Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). The RNA Foundry is our integrated R&D and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-compliant manufacturing facility for RNA medicines in Hyderabad, India.
mRNA-LNP Platform
We use the same mRNA and LNP platforms, as well as the same manufacturing processes and quality control protocols, that we used for our broadly-protective COVID-19 vaccine candidate PVX-001, which was developed and manufactured at the RNA Foundry, and has successfully entered clinical trials in Australia.
Our proprietary LNP formulation, based on our ionizable lipid PVXL-150, is stable for 9+ months in a regular refrigerator at 2-8 °C, making it straightforward to transport and store vaccines built on our platform.
Rising deficiency rates among British youth, particularly young women, are prompting urgent warnings from medical professionals regarding overlooked bone health issues. Because initial indicators like fatigue and joint discomfort often go undetected, public health advocates want proactive policy changes before irreversible damage occurs. Experts warn that unchecked deficiencies threaten long-term physical wellness and could impact future generations.
Regional healthcare delivery faced fresh scrutiny after a woman delivered her baby inside an emergency vehicle on a major roadway. The disruption highlights critical operational strains affecting Scottish healthcare facilities, particularly around Elgin. Local maternity coverage continues to struggle under widespread workforce constraints.
The current federal healthcare reimbursement structure heavily favors costly emergency interventions over inexpensive preventative care. By covering tens of thousands of dollars for acute cardiac episodes while neglecting minor preventative costs, Medicare faces significant systemic inefficiencies. Shifting resources toward upfront preventative measures could drastically reduce emergency care expenses and improve overall patient outcomes.
